My fur baby Binny is not at all bothered by the taste nor, the smell. He adapted to it immediately without suffering any digestive issues being that he is 13 year old. Not only does he eat healthy meals he is now also eating a very healthy supplement.

I have 3 dogs!!! They all love it !!!! The smell is strong but actually I believe that is exactly why my dogs love it so much !!!

My dogs love it, some reviews say it has a strong smell. It only smells like vitamins & minerals ( expected) no overly strong smell. My dogs gobbled it up. I was happy to find something to add to my homemade recipes so that I know my babies are getting what they need.

The dogs like the powder but there have been so many delays with getting the powder despite automatic shipment. They frequently don’t respond to emails right away then it that’s a week for you to get the supplement as they take several days to send shipment. First they kept sending to my old address 3,000 miles away despite removing from the website. To have a steady supply on hand at one time I had 4 containers and with automatic shipment I’m still out 2 weeks. I believe I was supposed to be getting them every 2-3 weeks to accommodate their delays. I should have had at least 1 jar extra at all times. I have none. This time due to their system not recognizing my updated debit card. Despite adding it on shop, I couldn’t change it on their website, their system kept saying I needed to update it. I didn’t realize as I had updated the card information and didn’t realize the emails. Once this was established it took a week to get new shipment. So again my dogs are without for 2 weeks. I’ve told them my concerns but they just ignore saying it’s on the way. There’s no service recovery or even acknowledgment. I can’t deal with such dismissive customer service and ongoing delays. Looking elsewhere.
